Refund/Cancellation Policy

· All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

· More than 60 Days before the event: 25% administrative fee will be charged

· 45 Days before the event: 50% fee will be charged.

· Less than 30 Days before the event: 100% fee will be charged (No Refund / Non-refundable).

· Cadaver Hands-on Workshops: Due to strictly limited capacity (11 seats only), workshop fees are 100% Non-refundable unless a replacement participant is provided by the registrant.

· Attendee Substitution: Name replacement is allowed up to 7 days prior to the event upon written request and approval.

· All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
